The challenge.
Smart Working is a new way of working, where Pernod Ricard’s 18,500 employees across the globe are empowered to choose when, where and how they work. It focuses on contribution and value, not on where the work is done.

Pernod Ricard strongly believes that with trust, integrity and common sense, Smart Working can contribute to a better work-life balance.

Recognising the importance of effective communication in driving cultural change, Pernod Ricard knew they needed a creative and attention-grabbing way to introduce their new Smart Working programme to their employees.

Our solution.
We provided a creative animation video designed to educate, engage, and inspire the Pernod Ricard workforce.

The primary objective was to communicate the benefits and mechanics of the Smart Working strategy in a clear, concise and compelling way. The animation video aimed to dispel common misconceptions, address any concerns, and highlight the positive impact of flexibility on employee wellbeing and productivity.

Our video proved to be a powerful tool for the Smart Working communications plan. By combining creative storytelling with more informative content, we were able to engage employees and inspire positive behaviour changes.
